Projects were presented in Zoom webinars on November 25, 2020 and November 27, 2020.
Four Japanese broadcasters presented their proposals to 66 filmmakers from Asia.
2020年11⽉25⽇と27⽇に企画プレゼンテーションをZoom Webinar 形式でオンライン開催いたしました。
⽇本の放送局4社から、66名のアジアのフィルムメーカーに向けての企画提案プレゼンテーションです。
Project presentation schedule
Each day, the session kicked off at 6pm JST to accommodate participants from Asia. Each session lasted for 90 minutes.
The timetable was as below.
- Opening remarks.
- Introduction to the foundation and project goals by the Japan Foundation.
- Project overview including concept, budget and production by the DocCross Asia Team.
- Self-introduction by the moderators.
- Project presentations: each of the 4 broadcasters offered a 7-minute presentation consisting of a short video and an explanation of their project, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A. Each session was accompanied by English/Japanese interpretation.
- Afterward, a general Q&A session was held to address overall concerns.
当⽇のタイムテーブル
アジア地域からの参加者に合わせ、開始時刻は⽇本時間の18時から。全体で90分以内に収まるようタイムテーブルを調整し、25⽇と27⽇の２日間にわたって実施しました。

Broadcaster presentations: 17 minutes each
Each Japanese broadcaster had 17 minutes for their presentation. Following an explanation of the project by the moderators, a 7-minute presentation video was screened. Next, questions from participants were answered.
The presentation videos included self-introductions by the directors and explanations of the projects featuring footage.
各社17分のプレゼンテーション
⽇本の放送局の持ち時間は17分。モデレーターによる企画の概要説明に続き、7分にまとめたプレゼンテーション動画再⽣。その後、参加者からの質疑応答となります。
プレゼン動画は担当ディレクターによる⾃⼰紹介、フッテージ映像を挿⼊した企画の内容説明を事前に⽤意。
